Miss Li AI Secretary ("we", "us") is an AI phone-answering service operated by Innovate Ventures LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including for SMS text messaging.
Account holder name, email address, and mobile phone number; records of phone calls answered by the assistant (caller number, time, and a short summary); and messages you ask the assistant to send.
To operate the service: answer your calls, text you call summaries, appointment reminders and service updates, and send messages to contacts you explicitly designate.
You opt in by entering and verifying your own mobile number in the Miss Li web dashboard and agreeing to receive messages. For messages to a third party, you confirm you have permission from that person to be contacted.
We use Twilio and OpenAI as service providers to deliver telephony and AI features, bound by their own agreements. We do not sell your personal information, and no mobile opt-in data is shared with third parties for marketing.
We retain call records and contacts only as long as needed to provide the service, and protect them with industry-standard measures.
